438a9cdd59 Changed install instructions; 
Changed version check tag to board3_portal_v2_dev; 
Added more language variables; 
Added version check to ACP and limited it to only showing in the general settings area; 
Changed all config variables from portal_ to board3_; 
Added new install file; 
Fixed jumpbox bug that caused a useless error message; 
Added block images for team block and user menu;
